[Though he sometimes questions the way Mafuyu looks at the world, he does find it interesting that she gives a character reference like that. So many people are put off by each other's appearance or initial impression, and don't consider that such impressions can be wrong. So 'looks serious and boring, but is actually kind of fun' reflects on Mafuyu herself in a positive way.]
He certainly sounds like an interesting guy. I'll have to talk to him the next time I have a question about Recolle's history.
