[ She laughs at that, because she could have been way less formal about it. She knocked on his door? That's already a lot more than she would usually give. ]
Why don't you just borrow one of your roommates' laptops? I think Dave does that a lot, sharing laptops and stuff even though his is a nice easy-to-read red. [ though the walls of text negate that immediately ]
